Job Duties:

· Ensure optimal equipment performance and maintenance efficiency.

· Lead and support the maintenance team both technically and administratively.

· Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs.

· Troubleshoot electrical and automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and instrumentation devices.

· Manage utility consumption (electricity, water, and gas) and maintenance costs.

· Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on technical requirements and spare parts.

· Ensure proper work order execution, spare parts control, and workshop equipment readiness.

· Support project planning and implementation activities.

· Enhance preventive maintenance programs and equipment performance.

· Deliver technical coaching and training to maintenance team members.

· Drive TPM implementation and ensure compliance with maintenance best practices.

· Maintain accurate equipment asset records and documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate (Electrical Major)

• 2-4 years of Experience in the same field

• Leadership skills.

• Communication & Presentation skills.

• Problems Analysis and solving
