Job Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
