    Job Duties:

  • Follow on the execution of daily delivery routes to ensure on-time dispatch and arrival.

  • Track vehicle movements and provide real-time updates to the Logistics Specialist.

  • Ensure vehicle loading is completed on time and in line with the approved plan.

  • Confirm that deliveries from previous shifts have been completed successfully at the designated customer locations.

  • Update the shipment status in the system (Loaded – In Transit – Delivered – Returned).

  • Collect, verify, and archive all delivery-related documents, including shipping orders, proof of delivery (POD), and invoices.

  • Report any delivery deviations, delays, or incidents to the Logistics Specialist for prompt action.

  • Ensure all racks/pallets are returned from customers after delivery.

  • If recovery is delayed, escalate the issue to the Sales Department for immediate follow-up.

  • Collaborate with drivers and sales departments to resolve any delivery or service issues.

  • Receive and escalate complaints from other internal departments (e.g., Quality, Safety, OHS) about outsourced field teams (drivers/sales reps).

  • Communicate customer complaints received via drivers or sales reps to the Shipping Supervisor for escalation to the 3PL provider.

  • Send supply/delivery instructions to drivers as needed.

  • Ensure system updates and shipment closures are done accurately post-dispatch (status updates, delivery confirmations, returns processing
